Jenielle Berry Blogger

I couldn’t have asked for a better 2019.  It was my first year as an official Knott’s Berry Farm Berry Blogger.  Knott’s Berry Farm has been an integral part of my children’s childhood and I was honored to be able to share in the storytelling of the fun an exciting things happening at the farm!  Looking forward to 2020, this will be a legendary year for Knott’s Berry Farm as we will be celebrating it’s 100th Anniversary!  Here is what you can expect for the Centennial Celebration:

Knott’s Bear-y Tales: Return to the Fair

A new 4-D interactive dark ride that will take guests on an exciting journey through reimagined show scenes that are reminiscent of the original dark ride, including the Boysenberry Pie Factory, Frog Forest, Fortune Teller Camp, Thunder Cave, and Weird Woods,  culminating in a celebration at the County Fair. The story takes place 34 years after the original adventure and will follow Boysen Bear and Girlsen Bear as they travel to the Country Fair to earn the blue ribbon prize for their famous boysenberry pies, but Crafty Coyote is back along with his mischievous pups intent on stealing all the pies for themselves. Guests will climb aboard ride vehicles equipped with jelly blasters to try and recover the stolen boysenberry pies as they travel through whimsical and beautiful environments while competing for the highest score.  “Knott’s Bear-Y Tales: Return to the Fair” will be taking the place of “Iron Reef”.  The last day to experience “Iron Reef” is January 5, 2020.

PEANUTS Celebration:  weekends January 25-March 1

The fan favorites return starting with Knott’s PEANUTS Celebration, a unique event dedicated to the beloved PEANUTS characters, taking place weekends from January 25 – March 1, 2020.  Here is a recap of PEANUTS Celebration from 2019.

  1. My family and I have only been to Knotts TWICE! Our little boy just turned two so we would love to take him in 2020 and let him see the magic at Knotts. We love following you and your precious family. Thank you for the opportunity!

  2. Knotts has always held a special place in my heart! I remember riding my first roller coaster with my dad and brother (ghost rider), eating funnel cakes, and playing all the games and praying we got to take home an obnoxiously large stuffed animal! 🤣

Now that I have my own two kids I would love to create some of those same amazing memories with them! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  3. Boysenberry festival looks super fun, and so much food to try! I never even thought of going to Knotts until I followed you this year and saw all the fun you and the girls have there!! I’m excited to go for the first time!!! -@erinevangeline

  4. I haven’t been to Knott’s in I wish I could go but with me paying for college out of pocket it’s impossible to even look that way I miss it I had made friends with some of the Employees there sad to say I don’t know if I’ll ever see them again or i don’t know if they work there anymore

    • Years*

Side Note: My dad loves Knott’s and we haven’t been to Knott’s Berry Farm In Years And I Want Us To Have A Family Day At Knott’s But Im Financially Crushed

  5. Recommending cause I did this wrong hahaha!
My dad loves Knott’s I wish we could go back but with me being college paying out of pocket I cannot afford to go to Knott’s I want to surprise him for his birthday with a trip to Knott’s but we are all financially strained meaning DONT EVEN think about it he taught me to love Knott’s and my little sister he would always take us to Knott’s for our birthdays when we were growing up we would even go to Knott’s Scary Farm but that’s past 2 years we haven’t been able to make it which saddens me because my dad, sister, and I love Knott’s we all wish we could but we haven’t been able to set foot inside since 2016 😢

  6. Every season at Knott’s us so special!

    Top 3:
The boysenberry festival! Spring is my favorite time of year and Knott’s entertainment is probably the park that takes the cake with this one. Flowers, filling yourself with everything purple and boysenberry flavored- especially fudge. The spring season is so bright with high energy entertainment and colorful Easter smiles.
Summer! GTA is one of the coolest experiences and interactions! I love closing out the day with a park wide hoedown. So much amazing entertainment and can can fun. I’ve always dreamed of being part of this season. I grew up watching can can girls.
Merry Farm! Simply merry and magical. Snow, ice skating, A Charlie Brown Christmas – a season full of tradition and love and a brilliant marketing title!

  7. My favorite memory has got to be when I went with my brother after he came home from military leave. It was Christmas time and I loves the decorations and just the fact that my brother was home for the holidays!

  8. I haven’t been to Knotts since I was a teenager. We used to go with my grandparents and all my cousins when they’d come to visit in the summer… such a heart warming memory. Now, 20 plus years later my own kids have been asking to go. I would love be able to give them this opportunity through winning this prize package!

  9. I’m looking forward to our first visit . First times are always memorable. I’m looking forward to try all the great foods Knotts Berry has to offer . thank you for the chance to win.

  10. My favorite memories are riding the Log Ride, Calico Mine Ride, and Stagecoach with my mom, who is no longer with us. She couldn’t ride roller coasters and no matter how long (and slow) the stagecoach line was, she would stand in it.

  11. @losangelesmamalife
My favorite memory this year has to be a knotts berry farm. We took my kiddos for the first time to Knotts. They had the best time! Their faces lit up as soon as we walked into the gates. Unforgettable!

  12. My favorite memory was driving for the first time this year with my sister to Knott’s Scary Farm! 👻 Sister trip! 💕 We had so much fun!! We are looking forward to going maybe during the boysenberry festival. Thanks for showing me what Knott’s has to offer every season through your instagram! You have a beautiful family!

  13. I have fond memories of going to Knotts with my family when I was young. Our fave was always the log ride. My parents still have the picture of us (with me screaming my head off) that was so good they had to buy it. I haven’t been there in almost 20 years. I’d love to win and take my fiancé (who’s never been) and my parents so we can experience the fun all over again 🙂

  14. Favorite memories are riding the Log Ride, Calico Mine Ride, and Butterfield Stagecoach with my mom, who is no longer with us. She couldn’t ride many rides as fast ones hurt her neck, but she’d stand in line for the Stagecoach no matter how long the line was.

  15. (I really can’t find my original post, so I apologize if this is double posting & if it is please disregard. my ig handle is @mabbelline). My favorite memory of knotts berry farm was when my family and I went in New Years a few years ago and my mom was completely in love with all the Christmas decorations and taking pictures with the Peanuts characters! It was also the first time my youngest brother was able to ride the “scary” rides. This is my favorite memory because everyone was having a genuine good time and we were able to share and experience the beginning of the year together as a family.

  16. My girls’ iceskating coach was in the snoopy on ice show the past two winters, and they loved watching him skate with Snoopy and especially when we were able to meet them for a personal greeting and photo op after the performances!

  18. my girls’ iceskating coach skated in the snoopy on ice show the past two winters, and they absolutely loved watching him skate with snoopy and being able to stay after the performances to meet them for photo op!
